Millfield Enterprises is seeking a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Events & Courses Co-ordinator to support the planning and delivery of our diverse and growing portfolio of events, courses and camps.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the heart of a busy, commercial events operation within one of the UK’s leading independent schools. This role has become available due to internal progression, reflecting the opportunities for development within the team.
The Role
As Events & Courses Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the planning, sales, and delivery of residential and non-residential programmes. Acting as second-in-command to the Senior Events & Courses Manager, you will ensure high standards of customer experience, operational excellence and commercial success.
You will also take on responsibilities as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), supporting a strong safeguarding culture across all activity (training provided).
