Terra Nova Preparatory School, situated in the heart of Cheshire, is a renowned independent, co-educational, preparatory day school of 230 pupils aged 2.5 -13. Terra Nova School has a wonderfully happy, creative atmosphere where each individual is challenged, cherished and inspired to reach their potential.

Terra Nova School Nursery is an independent early years setting for children aged 2.5 to 4 years old.  Nestled in the heart of Terra Nova’s 35-acre site, it offers play-based learning, weekly specialist lessons, Forest School, and flexible wraparound care. The nursery at Terra Nova prides itself in small class sizes where the child’s interests are at the heart of each day. With currently ten children in Lower Nursery and 21 children in Upper Nursery this is a wonderful place for children to safely and securely learn and develop.  

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and motivated Nursery Lead to join our Early Years team. Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.  This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

As Nursery Lead, you will develop strong partnerships with all of our families within the nursery whilst leading a small team of exceptionally dedicated colleagues. You will lead and support the delivery of high-quality childcare and early years education.
