Opportunity to use your fee billing and cash collection experience and finance/accounting skills to play a key role in the Finance Team of one of the leading schools in the centre of London.
As the Fee Billing and Sales Ledger Officer, you will be responsible for Westminster School’s accounts receivable function.
Your responsibilities will include:
A key part of the role involves liaising with parents via letter, email, and telephone in a helpful, supportive and proactive manner to arrange payments and follow up on overdue invoices. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with potentially difficult situations/conversations with sensitivity and discretion is therefore essential.
Another key aspect of the role requires working closely with other departments in the school regarding fees and finance/accounts related matters, therefore the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders across the school is equally important.
In addition to your finance and accounting experience, you will also be proficient with a variety of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment are also key requirements for this role.
