Term time plus one week (35 weeks per annum)
Salary 3AP0 (£27,260 FTE) Actual salary circa £22,423
Actual salary will be based on hours worked and term time only calculations
Rent free accommodation included in order to perform duties required for the role
We are looking for a Non-Teaching Resident Tutor to join our team to play an essential role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Boarding house,
providing high-quality pastoral care and supervision to ensure the welfare, safety and wellbeing of all students.
The role is pivotal in fostering a strong sense of belonging and enhancing the overall boarding experience,
whilst also contributing to the wider life of the House.
This is a live in role and free accommodation is provided within the Boarding house in order to
become a valued and visible presence in the daily life of boarders.
Suitable candidates should be approachable and personable with a confident and positive demeanour.
A caring and supportive approach and a commitment to getting the best outcomes for all students is essential.
