Close Lettings & Estates Officer (Part-Time)

The Opportunity

About this Role

The Part-Time Lettings and Estates Officer’s key responsibility is smooth running of our letting’s activities including excellent customer service, overseeing the safety and security of the premises and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the facilities for a wide range of rental activities across the School premises . This includes the opening and closing of the School premises, pre and post inspection of the venue and monitor the use of facilities to ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and Health & safety regulations including regular security and maintenance spot check.

Ideally we would be looking for the candidate to start at John Lyon from week commencing October 2025, although for the right candidate there will be some flexibility in this date (subject to completing all necessary onboarding compliance checks).
