Female House Parent
Longridge Towers School is seeking to recruit a compassionate, responsible and flexible individual to join our Boarding team as a House Parent, during term time.
They will provide a safe, nurturing and structured environment, supporting daily routines including mealtimes, bedtimes, hygiene, school prep and recreation. They will maintain household cleanliness and organisation.
The regular weekly vacancy we are looking to fill is for Saturday 9.30am until Sunday 10am.
The rate of pay for this role is made up of two elements: duty pay which is currently National Minimum Wage and an ‘on-call, sleep-in’ rate which is £8.37 per hour. Private accommodation is provided free of charge in the Boarding House on for this purpose.The salary for this vacancy is £10,716.32.
All meals, snacks and refreshments are provided free of charge by the School whilst on duty.
